By using MEFIT, creating an account, generating virtual try-on images, requesting business access, or using our API, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure. Business customers must ensure their integrations send accurate usage and customer identifiers where applicable.
Users may upload person and garment images only when they have the right to use those images. You must not upload illegal, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized content.
Business API usage may be measured per generation, API key, customer identifier, timestamp, endpoint, and status. Pricing, quota limits, and pay-as-you-go rates may be configured by the platform administrator and can change with notice where required.
Generated images are AI-assisted previews and may not perfectly represent real-world fit, fabric behavior, color, lighting, or sizing. Users and businesses should treat results as visual guidance, not as a guaranteed product outcome.
Generation services may be queued, delayed, unavailable, or rate-limited due to maintenance, GPU availability, quota limits, network issues, or abuse prevention.
You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell unauthorized access, bypass quotas, expose private keys, or use the service in a way that harms MEFIT, its users, businesses, or infrastructure.
