We collect account details such as name, username, email address, authentication details, plan information, usage counts, and business registration details when you use MEFIT, request API access, or create a business account.
To generate virtual try-on previews, we process the person image and garment image you upload. Generated images may be stored so they can be shown in recent images and saved images. Temporary generated images may expire, while saved images remain available until removed by the user or account owner.
For business API customers, we may track API key usage, generation counts, customer identifiers supplied by the business, customer email/name when provided by the business integration, success/failure status, timestamps, and endpoint activity. This is used for analytics, billing, quota enforcement, abuse prevention, and support.
We use data to provide virtual try-on generation, operate accounts, enforce quotas, improve reliability, detect abuse, provide customer support, notify admins about business requests, and maintain billing or pay-as-you-go usage records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account, API, and image data. API keys should be stored securely by business customers and should not be exposed in public client-side code unless the integration is specifically designed for public keys.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host, secure, process, or deliver the MEFIT service, and when required by law or to protect the platform from fraud or abuse.
You may download generated images where available, save or unsave images, request account support, and ask us to review or delete eligible account information subject to operational, billing, security, and legal requirements.
